You are part of a global competence center for optics and wafer chuck technology within ASML, combining craftsmanship in precision manufacturing with advanced optical production technology. Role and responsibilities: This role operates within a highly qualified team that uses ion beam-based etching processes in high vacuum to achieve extreme surface flatness on demanding products made of glass, glass ceramics, and high-performance ceramics. A wide range of competencies is applied, making work on ISA systems unique. The systems are built in-house and are globally unique. The equipment park is continuously expanding, and due to the variety of production steps, product diversity, and individual requirements of each workpiece, the ISA environment remains highly dynamic and diverse.
