Job Summary As a Treasury Operations Payments Vice President within Chase, you will have the responsibility for ensuring that the Operations and Payments activities are carried out on a daily basis in line with JPMC and line of business policies and procedures. The VP will need to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payment transactions by the Treasury Ops Payments team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting our commitment to high standards. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational processes. Job Responsibilities: Work on building new processes as diverse products are added on an on-going basis. Work on creating SMEs within the team to eliminate the risk of key man dependencies. Hiring, training new and existing employees - Manage the Treasury Ops Payments team and ensure the following activities are completed with complete accuracy and quality – Payments processing, monitor work inflow, manage emails, and allocate tasks effectively. - Release payment transactions accurately and timely, once processed by the team. - Produce periodic and ad-hoc reports...
