This is a senior leadership role with accountability for shaping and owning Royal London’s unit‑linked investment propositions, ensuring they deliver strong customer outcomes and long‑term value across our UK savings products. You’ll lead a specialist proposition team and set the strategic direction for investment proposition development to support the wider strategy of the Workplace and Advisory channels. Working across Royal London and Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) to influence product evolution, respond to market and regulatory change, and maintain robust governance.
