Lead Teacher Responsibilities: - Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons that promote learning through play and discovery - Create a warm, safe, and structured classroom environment - Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic growth - Maintain open, ongoing communication with parents - Oversee Assistant Teachers and support staff to ensure consistency in the classroom - Monitor and document developmental progress - Ensure compliance with NJ licensing, health, and safety standards Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred...
