Rousselot in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a skilled full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician . On-call weekends are scheduled a year in advance with two mechanics on call. You may not be called in, but you'll earn four hours of pay just for carrying the phone. If you are called in you automatically receive 4 hours of straight time pay even if the job only takes 30 minutes. For longer call ins you receive time and a half on Saturdays, or double time on Sundays.
