Site Engineer (Site Capital Projects Manager) Glanbia Join this dynamic team focused on delivering better nutrition for every step of life’s journey The Opportunity: Provide leadership for the site project engineering department and all its functions to deliver annual business sustaining and strategic capex projects. Manage site controlled budgeting, multi-year capex planning, and yearly capex site spend. Develop graduate engineers in Dairy Processing, Project Management and Leadership. Assure implementation of Early Management on projects to assure results. Provide technical and tactical engineering support to the operations director, maintenance manager and director of engineering. Complete preliminary engineering, oversee design and construction of capital projects. Work directly with multiple departments and personnel to support resolution of production issues and process optimization. Manage external contractors in accordance with work site specifications.
