A Day in the Life: The Senior Industrial Engineering Manager will lead people, processes, and change to drive operational excellence at the Plymouth Nathan Lane Manufacturing site, a key Medtronic campus supporting regulated medical device manufacturing. This role is responsible for developing and leading a high performing industrial engineering team, planning and executing Lean and Six Sigma–based initiatives, and sustaining change through strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder engagement. This leader will partner closely with site leadership and cross functional teams to assess current state performance, identify gaps, and implement data driven improvements that are adopted, sustained, and scaled.
