About the role: As a Principal Cloud Engineer - Azure & M365, you will help ensure the reliability, security, and operational excellence of both the enterprise Microsoft 365 tenant and associated Microsoft Azure environments. These environments support operations for over 14,000 employees. You will implement cloud engineering activities based on architectural direction from the M365/Azure Principal Architect and daily priorities set by the Cloud Engineering Supervisor. You will provide hands-on engineering support across Microsoft 365 and Azure, including service administration, cloud resource management, incident remediation, automation, and continuous improvement plans.
