The Account Coordinator Energy/Projects provides top-notch support to our clients. You'll be the first point of contact, own the communicationsm liaise internally with pricing and operations to solve their problems and ensuring they get the most out of our solutions. Essential Job Funcations: - Coordinate receipt of new bookding with inetrnal operations, ensure sop and working instructions are used and ensure general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints are documented and resolved within an assigned SLA's. - Resolved the client's complaint; detamining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to sovle the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution via STARS. - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Make it snappy. No one likes waiting. - Using powerbi to ensure the outflow to C View and other milestone tools are 100% acurate and intime.
