Associate/Senior Associate - Capital Markets

Job description

Description The individual will work as part of the Capital Markets team focusing on new syndication efforts which include creating marketing materials, working on legal grids and documentation, tracking syndication progress, and diligence information distribution. The individual will also assist in evaluating, structuring and executing senior debt transactions, for both buy-side and sell-side opportunities as well as serve as a key market intelligence source for the team. Monroe is seeking someone with an understanding of the leveraged finance market (investment banking experience) with a great working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Syndications: - Work with deal team to create syndication marketing materials and due diligence packages - Support Capital Markets with deal execution, as one of the points of contact for capital markets, communicating with deal team members and clients; including, corporate executives, private equity clients, bank investors and other private credit partners - Collect market feedback by vetting proposed transactions with prospective lenders - Together with Capital Markets team members, act as point of contact for the market on any deal syndications...
