Overview Residential Group Home Supervisor (DSP Background) - Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, one late shift (10:00 am – 6:00 pm) each week *on-call responsibilities - Must be available for on call and live within reasonable proximity to the home - Locations Available: Harrisburg, Camp Hill, and Mechanicsburg, PA - Pay: $23.00 per hour, up to $24.00 per hour with NADSP Frontline Supervisor certification What We’re Looking For: As a Residential Group Home Supervisor , you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living safe, fulfilling, and independent lives. You’ll ensure individuals receive consistent, person-centered care while leading Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home to create a stable, meaningful living environment. - Minimum of 1 year of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or job-related experience expected; 2+ years preferred. - Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400) - Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred - A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience - Access to a vehi...
