Description Job Hours (Shift): 12-hour shifts (Day or Night) on a 2-3-2 rotation schedule Position Summary: The Forklift Operator – Stand-Up role is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to transport materials from the loading dock to designated warehouse locations. This position supports warehouse and production operations by ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material handling while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate stand-up forklift equipment with reverse steering safely and efficiently - Transport materials from loading docks to designated warehouse or storage locations - Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, platforms, and storage areas - Position lifting devices under, over, or around pallets, skids, or containers to move products safely - Inspect products for damage and verify accuracy using scanning systems or manual processes - Perform daily inspection and documentation of forklift equipment - Follow standard work procedures, safety rules, and operational guidelines at all times - Support material flow between receiving, processing, and storage areas - Maintain clean, organize...
