Service Room Technician Full time – hourly: At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation packag e . The base hiring pay for this role is $20.50 per hour . - Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa. - Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer. - Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions) Job Responsibilities: - Load poults on conveyer for servicing - Confirm box number and flock numbers match - Careful handling of poults and attention to poult density - Stack Poult filled boxes - Transfer to holding room - Understand and meet the hatchery sanitation/biosecurity policies and procedures - Perform all required equipment and work area clean up - Occasional work on Saturdays or Holidays - Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to work a 10 to 12 hour shift - Basic math skills - Ability to grasp and pinch repeatedly with both hands, hand coordination to rotate wrists and manipulate poults with fingers and thumb of both hands - Be able to work in a moderately dusty environment continuously - Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time - A...
