Marketing Director

Goodwin & Company is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing & Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, strategic analysis, marketing, and relationship building. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a social media strategy, marketing materials, marketing campaigns, performing business development services, and leveraging relationships with our clients. Duties include but are not limited to: properties landlord/seller rep, residential listings services calendar, and possibly a vlog o Tenant rep services (identify and contact tenants needing to either renew current lease or relocate to new location) o Landlord rep services (identify and contact tenants to relocate to buildings managed/leased by GWP) o Property management/landlord rep services (identify and contact building owners to promote GWP services) o Construction management services (contact architects and tenant rep brokers to promote GWP services) and GW Partners (including the executives) to create additional opportunities within the Austin and Dallas markets - Prepare, or caused to be prepared, building marketing material for available space managed/leased...
