Job description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for warehouse and clerical activities. The incumbent must maintain and develop inventory distribution controls in accordance with agreed business plans. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain and develop a computerized database tracking the current status, reconditioning and disbursement of equipment. - Plan and carry out direct equipment reconditioning to meet agreed product demands. - Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct customer installation purposes. - Respond to and follow up stock inquiries by e-mail, telephone, and personal visits. - Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff. - Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. - Carry out inventory research, and replenishment for satellite locations. - Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders. - Safe operation of material handling equipment and hand tools such as forklifts, pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.— to unload trucks and sto...
