Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma Conference UMC - Oklahoma City, OK 73106-3635The Oklahoma Conference of The United Methodist Church seeks a District Administrator to serve as a key administrative leader within the district office. This position acts as the primary liaison between local churches and the District/Conference, supporting clergy, laity, and church operations while maintaining accurate records and data. The District Administrator also serves as the District Statistician and reports directly to the District Superintendent. Essential Functions: Assist clergy, laity, churches, and members with questions or issues while maintaining strict confidentiality. Serve as the primary point of contact at the district office, greeting and directing visitors, vendors, and volunteers. Coordinate scheduling of meetings and events, including securing locations, arranging set up, ordering supplies, and sending invitations. Interpret and collect church statistics; train clergy and laity on completing forms and entering data into the Brick River database, ensuring accuracy.
