Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Executive to manage and grow our most strategic enterprise accounts. This senior role is responsible for driving long-term revenue and deepening partnerships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients. The successful candidate will be accountable for defining and executing account strategy, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Extenda Retail's solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes. The Role & Responsibilities: As a Client Executive, you will assume full commercial ownership of your assigned accounts, working to expand our footprint and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be expected to lead complex, long-term sales engagements and orchestrate internal resources to ensure client success. Strategic Account Growth: Proactively identify, create, and execute on upsell opportunities within the existing client base. Develop comprehensive business plans to target new avenues for growth and negotiate contract renewals with the ambition to improve upon current agreements.
