BASIC PURPOSE: The Women’s Side Monitor is responsible to the Shelter Director & Women’s Case Manager and for the security of premises, as well as carrying out administrative/clerical duties as assigned. B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist Shelter Director and Shelter Case Managers with overall Shelter Program functions. 2. Answer and forward all telephone calls. 3. Greet all visitors, staff, corps members, volunteers and general public in a friendly and professional manner. 4. Direct all social service clients to appropriate staff person and facility, as well as donations to the ARC. 5. Maintains guest & staff log. 6. Maintain Client Confidentiality. 7. Process clients for Emergency Shelter overnight stay, including entering client information and services provided into WellSky database and intake for guest showers. 8. Monitoring o...
