Job description

Education: Bachelor's in a relevant field of work in business, economics, mathematics, an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience. Experience: 8+ years progressive work experience including managing teams - Display strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, anomalies and patterns - Develop insightful dashboards, reports, analyses, and presentations for management, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations - Serve as business champion for AI, and how we better use it to surface key insights and actions - Interface directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, build strong relationships and influence decision making - Facilitates analytics stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts; exhibit willingness to have difficult conversations to drive the best outcome for the business - Skilled at building, managing and optimizing a team in a dynamic organizational environment - Manage and mentor a team of analysts & managers, fostering growth in technical and strategic capabilities while ensuring high-quality output. - Lead and develop high performing engaged teams/individuals that excel within a global...
