The Project Management & Commercial Lead (PMCL) plays a key role in strengthening project delivery and commercial performance across our business. Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you’ll coach and develop project managers, embed best‑in‑class project management practices, and provide hands‑on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and consistently. Your Opportunity: This role blends people leadership, project oversight, and business acumen , with opportunities to influence major projects, support strategic pursuits, and contribute directly to business performance.
