Description About the Role: The Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our existing org, drive process improvements, and help our teams take full advantage of Salesforce’s capabilities. This critical role within the organization enables the success of our client-facing teams and supports our mission of improving the economic well-being and quality of life of all North Carolinians. Manage the organization’s Salesforce CRM systems to include system maintenance and enhancements, data reporting, and employee training. Plan and oversee Salesforce projects to improve organizational performance and efficiency. Apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide the organization to the best solutions. Provide guidance and training to other employees who manage products/platforms within the larger Salesforce ecosystem.
