Description Position Overview: The Relationship Manager is integral in building and maintaining relationships with dealerships nationwide for Loan Programs. This role will be a key sales driver for the program and assist in onboarding processes. What You Will Do: - Assess and craft solutions for dealers based on unique dealer needs within the program framework - Uncovers and presents additional opportunities that may complement Vibrant's current program offering - Recognize and execute additional sales opportunities based on Vibrant's strategic goals - Leverage existing partnerships to gain an entire business relationship - Serve as the primary contact for the client and their needs - Effectively engage and present in person and via video conference to large groups of clients - Communicate cross-functionally between clients and Vibrant supporting departments - Provides recommendations on product and program enhancements by eliciting feedback from the client network - Compile and present data on production and sales opportunities to management regularly - Responsible for maintaining documentation on dealership engagement interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups - Apply Vibrant's enga...
