FLSA Status: Exempt | Classification: Administration | Reports To: President Location: Senatobia Campus (District-Wide Responsibility) POSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President of Instruction serves as the College’s Learning Advisor and is responsible for the leadership, planning, coordination, and evaluation of all instructional programs and services. This position provides college-wide oversight of academic transfer, career-technical education, health sciences, workforce training, dual enrollment, eLearning, and institutional research & effectiveness. The Vice President ensures instructional excellence, student success, and alignment with workforce and economic development needs. QUALIFICATIONS: Preferred: - Degrees: PhD, EdD or terminal degree is required. - Administrative Leadership: 5–8 years of demonstrated leadership experience. - College-level teaching experience (full-or part-time) required. - Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, and/or program assessment. - Demonstrated leadership in budget management and institutional planning. - Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills. - Commitment to student success and workforce alignment. - Is Humble, Hungr...
