LIMS Development Lead

Overview Element has an opportunity for a LIMS Development Lead to join our growing technology team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality LIMS solutions while leading and developing a team of engineers supporting our laboratory systems. As a working manager, you will actively contribute to development efforts while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight of both internal and contract developers. You will play a key role in building scalable, modern LIMS solutions leveraging a mix of full-stack development and low-code/no-code platforms , with a strong focus on the Microsoft ecosystem. This role partners closely with Product, IT, and laboratory stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to operational needs .
