Department Overview The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions. This position is part of the Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics (BIAA) division of ITG and is responsible for the support, administration, and optimization of Epic's analytics and reporting tools, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, Registries and the Analytics Catalog. This role ensures that providers, operational leaders, and staff have reliable, accurate, and user-friendly access to clinical, financial, and operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for these tools, configuring dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics, while also ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards.
