About the Role: We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Projects Technician to support project-based HVAC work on commercial sites throughout South Florida. This role is focused on metal ductwork fabrication and installation and is well-suited for technicians comfortable working overnight schedules on active commercial projects. Location: Central Florida: Schedule: Night Shift — Monday - Thursday (4x10-hour shifts) Overnight Work Required Pay Range: $26–$36 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities: - Fabricate, assemble, and install metal ductwork (rectangular, spiral, fittings, transitions) - Install HVAC components according to drawings and specifications - Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans - Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal accurately - Hang...
