SUMMARY: As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will play a critical role in identifying, implementing, and sustaining improvements in our manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be a quick learner, highly analytical, and possess Lean/TPM training or certifications. They will have the opportunity to significantly impact our operational efficiency and product quality. This person will be instrumental in building our Continuous Improvement/Lean culture and leading kaizen events throughout the year. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. - Drive Operational Excellence in the facility via Lean/Kaizen events, CI activities, Projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. - Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement. - Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and waste reduction. - Lead Lean initiatives and projects aimed at improving productivity and efficiency (OEE). - Manage a portfolio of process improvement projects. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related t...
