Job Title: Global HR Business Partner – Procurement Work level: 2C Location: Port Sunlight Office, UK Ideal role start date: 15th May 2026 ROLE DESCRIPTION: This is a Global HR Business Partner position, reporting directly to HRD Procurement as part of the Global Procurement HR team supporting the Chief Procurement and the global Procurement Function in Unilever. Procurement is one of the most strategic and important teams in Unilever, and is part of the Supply Chain function, reporting to Willem Uijen, the Chief Supply Chain Officer. This team is responsible for nearly €40bn of Unilever’s spends and plays a critical role in ensuring company profitability through gross margin expansion, and best in class performance by ensuring resilience of supply to all functions of the company at a competitive price and service level. Procurement has a huge impact on Unilever’s bottom line, growth via innovations to consumers from suppliers, and social and environmental sustainable goals.
