About the Position: As Head Chef, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and contribute to continuous improvement and development in the restaurant. You’ll communicate with food developers at our head office, learn, get inspired, and share your knowledge. Your responsibilities include ensuring that our concept maintains the correct standards and leading the kitchen’s performance. You will be a coach, trainer, and responsible for the kitchen's routines. Recruitment and personnel management will also be part of your role. Close collaboration with the Restaurant Manager is essential to achieve financial and quality goals. You will be responsible for inventory flow, hygiene, quality assurance, and monitoring deliveries to ensure they match the orders.
