What You’ll Do: - Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately - Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs - Conduct road tests to verify quality of work - Follow all safety and quality standards - Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems - Maintain a clean and organized work area daily - Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications - Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians - Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined What We’re Looking For: - 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience - Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications (ASE Master Tech strongly preferred) - Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as:...
