Position Summary The Proposal Support Advisor is responsible for managing RFP and proposal development strategy and process for higher-complexity, strategic bids from receipt of the RFP through submission. This individual will have specialized knowledge of their primary business segment, with the ability to support other segments as needed. The Proposal Support Advisor is responsible for concurrently managing multiple proposals with aggressive deadlines. They support follow-up , finalist, and contracting activities, as needed. Essential Functions: The RFP process includes: appropriately engaging sales, account management, and other cross-functional leadership to review and develop a market-specific bid strategy and working together to understand and resolve any bid challenges; formatting RFP response documents in accordance with Express Scripts’ brand; researching and incorporating responses from our response database and working with subject matter experts to develop custom responses for questions that need further research or buy-in; working with client pricing to provide a pricing arrangement and responses to pricing-specific questions; and submitting our proposal response exter...
