Brown & Brown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Special Projects Intern. The role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Special Projects Intern will support all administrative and operational aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process with a high level of detail and proactive follow-up. Maintains compliance in all pre-hire processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will drive workflow efficiencies, always working towards improving and streamlining processes. This role functions as a partner with the TA Team to support delivering key talent acquisition initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle administrative and coordination functions of the end-to-end talent acquisition process. Support interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and any other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process.
