Define how quality is assured, not how tests are executed Core responsibilities (at the beginning) : Define QA governance across: Development lifecycle Integration lifecycle DVM lifecycle Platform changes Establish quality safeguards (to be discussed) : Quality gates Mandatory reviews Control points (design, integration, cutover, go-live) Define and own (to be discussed) : CBT - QA operating model alongside Platform C4E RACI for quality ownership DoR / DoD from an assurance perspective Introduce assurance mechanisms (to be discussed): Independent reviews R...
