Location: Nashville, TN Compensation: $50/hour (contract), 30 hours/week Team: Marketing / Social Reports to: Director of Marketing Apartment List is looking for a Nashville-based creator to build a strong local presence in one of the country’s fastest-growing cities. This role is equal parts content creator, city guide, and social media builder. You’ll be the face of our Nashville social channels, creating content that helps renters explore neighborhoods, discover apartments, and understand what it’s really like to live in the city. You’ll stand up and run Apartment List’s Nashville Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, create local content about renting and city life, and collaborate with influencers and our national social team to grow awareness in the market.
