About us At Text, we’re building a new category around customer communication, powered by real-time data. You’ll join a product area focused on turning behavioural signals into actions that drive conversion, revenue, and growth - not another CRM, but a system that helps businesses act in real time. We have a clear direction. Now we need someone who can turn it into fast learning, sharp decisions, and continuous progress in a high-ambiguity, high-ownership environment. This is a builder role - you’ll define how the product works end-to-end, turning real-time signals into measurable outcomes. What you’ll do: Own a product area end-to-end - from identifying the right problems to delivering measurable outcomes (e.g. conversion, revenue) Turn direction into fast learning - define hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly Make high-quality decisions in ambiguity and move forward without perfect data Work closely with engineering and design to build simple, effective solutions Move fast and stay focused - prioritise what matters most and continuously learn what works Collaborate across teams to build a cohesive product experience, not isolated features You’re a strong match if you:...
