Job Title: Assistant Volleyball Coach Department: Director of Athletics Job Description: The Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for teaching and coaching student-athletes to develop and acquire the extensive tactical, technical, and physical skills required to be a competitive Division III intercollegiate-level student-athlete. The position assists the head coach in skill evaluation, instruction, planning, organization, and supervision of individual and team practices and varsity athletic competitions. This is a 10-month position. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. One (1) to three (3) years of high school or college level coaching and/or playing experience in volleyball, required. This position requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and insurability by the College's insurance carrier. Must communicate effectively with all types of people and establish and maintain a strong working relationship with students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and other college personnel.
