In this context, the consumer is empowered to direct their supports in a way which meets their individual needs and aspirations. Initiatives such as; iCare programs (Lifetime Care and Support Scheme, Dust Disease and Workers Care), private fee-paying arrangements and other disability related initiatives, create the environment in which these services are delivered. We are looking for an experienced Support Worker who will enjoy supporting our participant with daily activities.
