About the Team We’re hiring a London based Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day corporate and physical security operations for OpenAI’s London office, with a focus on the UK operating environment. About the Role: This is a hands-on, high trust role in a confidential technology environment, responsible for ensuring a safe workplace experience while maintaining discreet, professional security standards. You’ll work closely with employees, cross-functional partners, building management, and external vendors, and will directly manage local security vendors and guard services. The role reports to the EMEA Security Manager. You’ll be responsible for: Operationalize the London office physical security program, including access control, visitor management, contractor access, incident response, and office security operations. Manage security vendors and the contract guard force, including post orders, performance, coverage, KPIs / SLAs, and continuous improvement.
