Overview Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Practitioner (PSD): Bowhead seeks a Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) Practitioner to support the Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Product Support Directorate (PSD) contract in Quantico, VA. This role directly supports the Marine Corps logistics acquisition workforce by enhancing maintenance strategies, improving system reliability, and enabling data-driven sustainment decisions that contribute to warfighter readiness. The RCM Practitioner is responsible for facilitating a team of Subject Matter Experts (SME) during RCM analysis on ground weapon systems. The practitioner is also responsible for conducting RCM related training to the MCSC workforce. The position ensures alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and Marine Corps maintenance policies while integrating industry best practices, including applicable SAE standards, to optimize lifecycle sustainment and system performance. This position is contingent on Bowhead being awarded the contract that includes RCM support.
