As a Test Team Lead in Banking department , you will be responsible for leading and managing test delivery for projects and initiatives that contribute to Banking’s strategic goals and service to the community, whilst also leading and developing individuals and teams to deliver RBA outcomes. This includes creating an open and dynamic culture, enabling an environment for high levels of engagement and achievement and recognising workforce performance in a way that encourages continuous improvement (policies, systems, processes).
