Job DetailsLevel: ManagementJob Location: Frankfort KY - Frankfort, KY 40601Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Skilled Labor - TradesResponsibilities Manage land survey and construction projects for the entire project cycle while maintaining client contact Produce survey-related projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D Mentor, train and oversee the work of field staff Prepare calculations and project preparation for field crews Schedule field work: Produce and implement survey field standards and quality control Recommend field equipment purchases and upgrades for the department Check field work to verify completeness and accuracy On site assistance on field survey projects as a supervisor Assist with recruiting and evaluating new hires Communicate with Leadership and Project Managers on constant basis Qualifications: At least 5 years of relevant experience in land development (commercial, industrial, single-family, etc.) and municipal development projects Must possess the Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Kentucky or ability to obtain within 1 year.
