Description Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Anesthesiology with a focus on Pediatric Anesthesiology. ABA certification with subspecialty certification or board eligibility in Pediatric Anesthesiology and Pennsylvania licensure are required. This leadership role will be an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Teaching responsibilities may include developing systems for mentoring faculty and staff in the division to promote productive, rewarding careers and academic advancement. Clinical responsibilities may include the provision of clinical anesthesia and medical direction in the Operating Rooms and other anesthetizing locations at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
