Receives and reviews birth, death and fetal death certificates for completeness and accuracy submission within required time frame. Determines applicant eligibility for records and issues certified copies of birth and death certificates. Supervises, trains, and provides technical assistance to local sub-registrars, funeral directors, hospital record, physicians, and attorneys. Collects, records and process fees for records. Review and reconciles JT request from State Vital Statistics office in Jacksonville. Follow up with Client within 2 business days with response.
