WMS Operations Analyst

Job description

Essential Job Functions: - Serve as the main point of contact between operations, customers, and IT for all WMS-related needs. - Provide Level 1 WMS support: analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate to IT Support when needed. - Configure the WMS to support operational workflows and business requirements. - Document system issues, steps to recreate problems, and communicate change requests clearly. - Support system testing, validation, and go-live activities for new implementations and upgrades. - Assist in training new hires and provide ongoing WMS training to warehouse teams. - Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials. - Participate in cross-functional improvement projects to optimize WMS performance. - Ensure adherence to WMS best practices and standard operating procedures. - Maintain working knowledge of IT hardware such as RF devices, vehicle mounts, printers, and workstations. - Perform additional duties as needed to support the WMS and daily operations. - Ability to work on-site in a warehouse environment. - Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods. - Ability to lift, carry, and move i...
