RK&K is hiring Senior Roadway Inspectors to join our CEI team in the Northeast Florida area. This position is in our Construction Management group which oversees Contractors on roadway construction projects. Essential Functions: - Responsible for performing highly complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout, making, and checking engineering computations - Assist the Project Administrator in daily roadway inspection - Ensure contractor compliance alongside quality control - Perform inspections and testing as required - Testing and inspections include but are not limited to earthwork, asphalt, concrete, bridge structures, lighting, pavement markings, signing and signalization, and other roadway safety components. Provides general management, supervision and instruction for the CEI Inspectors - Work is performed under the general supervision of the Project Administrator Required Skills and Experience: - High school graduate or equivalent plus four (4) years of experience in roadway or bridge construction inspection, two (2) years of which shall have been in roadway construction inspection - CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I - CTQP Concrete Field Inspec...
