About the Role: As a Customer Care Officer, you’ll be part of our contact centre team supporting both real estate agencies and their clients, including sellers, landlords and tenants. This is a busy, people-focused role where you’ll spend your day helping customers understand invoices, make payments, complete online applications, and navigate our platform.
