We have 414 beds. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays. Opened in 2018, Blatchington Manor is a purpose-built specialist dementia residential care home in Seaford, East Sussex. The Home has been sympathetically designed to offer high quality, dedicated specialised care, devoted to residents who are living with memory loss, including Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. The Home Manager will lead and manage the operation as the registered manager. You will work closely with your management team providing strong leadership and inspiration, to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centred care, clinical compliance, hospitality services and business performance.
