Senior OAS/ODI Developer

Overview ILS Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Analytics & Data Integration Developer to join our team in a hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA. This position requires in-office presence two days per week at our headquarters (Fairfax, VA 22033), so candidates must be local to the DC Metro area . In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) . You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and scalable data pipelines that support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT development, along with hands-on experience optimizing performance and ensuring data quality. This role also involves managing end-to-end data pipelines and supporting analytics infrastructure. Experience with WebLogic Server administration and modern data visualization tools is a plus.
