Job Title: General Education Teacher – Adolescent Residential Program Location: Kingsland, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $40-$45k Reports To: Clinical Director Supervisory Responsibilities: None Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Education Teacher to provide educational services within a residential behavioral health setting serving adolescents ages 11–17. This role supports students currently receiving treatment for behavioral health concerns including, but not limited to, self-harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, mood instability, depression, and anxiety. The Teacher will assist students in completing grade-level academic requirements while coordinating educational case management and planning for successful school reintegration following discharge. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured therapeutic environment, enjoys working with students who require additional care and support, and understands the intersection of education and behavioral health.
