This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a technical support background who enjoys solving problems, working closely with clients, and helping businesses get the best from software and technology. You’ll play a key role in supporting and onboarding clients onto Capture Expense, our modern expenses platform, helping deliver a high-quality customer experience from implementation through to ongoing support. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting financial systems, accounting software, SaaS platforms, or working with imports, exports, integrations, and client data.
